Brochure containing sexual and reproductive health services in Moldova developed for Ukrainian refugees[:]
A brochure outlining the various sexual and reproductive health services available to refugee women and girls from Ukraine has recently been developed by the Ministry of Health of Moldova, UNFPA Moldova, “Nicolae Testemitanu” State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the Youth Media Center, and a number of Moldovan civil society organizations, including the Reproductive Health Training Center. Services described in the brochure include contraceptive counseling, medical help during pregnancy, help in cases of sexual violence, abortion counseling, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, youth-friendly health services, and services for people with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Many of these services are also being provided by RHTC free of charge to Ukrainian refugees. If you or someone you know would like to make an appointment, please contact us. The brochure is available in both Russian and Ukrainian and is currently in the process of being printed for distribution. Below the brochure can be accessed and downloaded.
